Open-Realty is a free open source real estate listing software platform that is designed to be both easy to use and easy to set up. Open-Realty was create to be a quick and flexible web site tool to help you build your listing son your own preexisting web site. The open source community members work daily to develop fixes for any bugs and to create add ons and extensions that will add functionality to Open-Realty, making it a flexible and fast growing software platform for your listing web site.

Open-Realty offers many features that will help you establish your listing web site, including the ability to add many fields to each listing, the ability to specify which fields are searchable and the ability to upload a virtual tour for each listing on you site. You are limited only by the size of your database.

Open-Realty also allows you to choose whether all users can access listings or whether to require all users to register and log in to see your listings. You can also restrict users just to registered real estate agents.

Open-Realty features a WYSIWYG editor that is fully compliant with XHTML 1.0 standards.
